At Pilot Flight Jackets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your aviation gear. If your jacket doesn't provide the perfect fit, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jacket in its original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the leather or fabric is protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement jacket within 5-7 business days.
